Dothan man built Auburn War Wagon to spend time with son

DOTHAN, Ala. (AP) — A Dothan resident who built the Auburn War Wagon says his main goal with the unique vehicle is to promote patriotism and the university on football game days.

The Dothan Eagle reports (http://bit.ly/1HRoFcc) that Terrell Glover began building the War Wagon five or six years ago as a way to spend time with his son Weston before he left for college. His son graduates in December with an engineering degree, but before that happens Glover will take the former Army truck to the Plains for a fourth year of entertaining the fans.

Glover said he used to drive a similar vehicle in the Army. He used to work on helicopters and drove some of the trucks to haul supplies.
