- 1 1/2 cup of Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1/2 can of cream corn
- 1 cup of sour cream
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup of shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup of oil
- 3 tsp of onions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees
- Butter your baking pan and place it in oven
- Add corn muffin mix in a bowl
- Mix in cream of corn, sour cream, eggs, oil, onions, and cheese.
- Take pan out of oven, then pour mix in the pan.
- Place the pan back in the oven for 30 minutes to cook.
- Let cool for 5 minutes, then enjoy!
