Our Kitchen: Kale Salad

INGREDIENTS:

  • Bag of Kale greens
  • Sugar
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Red pepper
  • Oregano
  • Red Onions
  • Pumpkin Seeds
  • Lemon juice
  • Dried Cranberries
  • Parmesan Cheese
  • Olive Oil

STEPS:

  1. Mix your dressing together. Pour your olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice, and seasonings in a bowl and mix.
  2. Mix your kale, onions, pumpkin seeds, dried cranberries, and Parmesan cheese in another bowl.
  3. Pour your dressing over your salad and refrigerate for about 2 hours, then enjoy!
