In wake of Winter Storm Helena, social media cracks on South with #snowpocalypse

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (MEDIA GENERAL) — Compared to the Northeast and Midwest, the Southern United States just doesn’t get much snow.

When it does, even just a few inches — entire cities shut down, grocery stores run out of food and traffic is a total nightmare. You can read about it all on social media, where the word #snowpocalypse is now trending.
