Eufaula Police seize $14,000 worth of meth, arrest man in massive drug bust

EUFAULA, Ala. – One man is behind bars in connection with a Eufaula drug bust in which police seized thousands of dollars worth of crystal methamphetamine. Eufaula Police arrested Traviyus “Toby” Cokely on drug trafficking and possession of drug paraphernalia charges, both linked to a Friday morning drug bust.

EPD’s Tactical Team executed a search warrant at a home on North Eufaula Avenue. There they found more than 115.32 grams of meth, valued at $14,400. Police also seized several other drugs, weapons, money, and several phones during their search.

This search comes after police found other evidence and information that they gathered during an initial warrant.

Cokely, 43, is currently in Eufaula City Jail awaiting his bond hearing. He may face additional charges in this case. The incident is still under investigation.
