LaGrange police search for Edgewood Ave. murder suspects

LAGRANGE, Ga — LaGrange police say they are on the lookout for several suspects connected to an early Saturday morning murder.

Police say officers responded to a home in the 100 block of Edgewood Avenue at about 12:30 a.m. Reports say three or four masked people forced their way in and shot 32-year-old Darius Tucker inside. Tucker later died at WellStar West Georgia Medical Center.

Tucker’s mother 49-year-old Adrian Sanders was also injured in the shooting and is recovering in a Columbus hospital. News 3 confirms she is in stable condition.

Anyone with information leading to an arrest in this case is eligible for a $1000 reward.
