AUBURN, Ala. – The Auburn Police Department has added additional charges to 41-year-old Jason Woodall while incarcerated in the Lee County Jail.

The additional charges are burglary 3rd degree (2 counts) and theft of property 4th degree (2 counts).

Police say the additional charges are from investigations into two separate convenience store burglaries that occurred on November 17 and 18 in the 3900 block of Cox Road and the 4100 block of Lee Road 146.

Both investigations resulted in Woodall being developed as a suspect and identified as the individual responsible for illegally entering the closed business and taking cigarettes and alcohol. Woodall remains in the Lee County Jail with an additional $7,000 bond.

As News 3 has reported, Woodall was arrested after burglarizing a convenience store in the 7300 block of US Highway 280 last week.
