OPELIKA, Ala. — Police ask for the community’s help to find a man suspected of check fraud.
A press release says at 11:45 a.m. on September 9, the suspect went to the counter at Charter Bank on 2nd Avenue and tried to cash a forged check. Tellers say the man left when they asked to see his ID.
If found this man could face charges for Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument.
