CHATTAHOOCHEE VALLEY — Local law enforcement joins in to offer a safe and convenient way to get rid of unneeded or expired prescription drugs.
Saturday is National Prescription Drug Take-Back Day. The Muscogee County Sheriff’s Office and Phenix City Police Department have set up locations around the Valley for drop-off.
The Muscogee County Sheriff’s Office will be at the CVS Pharmacy on Double Churches Road from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m.
PCPD will be collecting at three locations – the north precinct on Park Drive, the south precinct on 5th street south, and the CVS Pharmacy on Highway 280.
