COLUMBUS, Ga. – Voters across the State of Georgia have a big decision to make about public’s schools in November, including some here in Muscogee County.
Georgia’s Associated of Educators President Dr. Sid Chapman stopped by News 3’s studio Monday to speak with our own Mercer Van Schoor.
Dr. Chapman says the opportunity school districts plan is not good for the education system, especially our local schools. Eight Muscogee County Schools are up for being taken over by the state.
This issue is on the ballot in November.
