AUBURN, Ala. – Tiger Talk, the popular weekly radio show, returns to Thursday nights for the 2016-17 school year. The show, which begins at 6 p.m., will broadcast live from Bob’s Victory Grille prior to home football games during the fall and every week from January through March.
Tiger Talk, set to begin Thursday, August 25, is hosted each week by Voice of the Auburn Tigers Rod Bramblett, and features Auburn head football coach Gus Malzahn, as well as other Auburn head coaches and administrators.
“Tiger Talk is one of the first big events of the game day weekend, and moving the show back to Thursday helps create that excitement,” Auburn Sports Properties Vice President and General Manager Chris Davis said. “It is important to us to be able to tie the event in with many fans’ Auburn football traditions.”
Tiger Talk is aired live on the Auburn Sports Network, with affiliates across seven states and on TuneIn and AuburnTigers.com. Tiger Talk broadcasts prior to away football games originate from the on-campus Auburn Sports Network studio.
The first broadcast will feature the changing of the guard, with longtime sideline announcer Quentin Riggins handing over the mic to former Auburn great and NFL running back Ronnie Brown.
