COLUMBUS, Ga.- More than 50 vendors came to the Holistic Expo to share health tips.
This is the first time the free event has come to Columbus.
Wellness advocates, medical doctors, chiropractors, aroma therapists, acupuncturists and food consultants all shared their philosophy on holistic wellness.
Holistic medicine practitioners believe that each person is made up of interdependent parts, and if one part is not working properly, all the other parts of the body will be affected.
People were able to try healthy foods and drinks at the expo.
Speakers also shared innovative and non-traditional ways to stay healthy.
