HARRIS COUNTY, Ga. – An update on a former Harris County deputy accused of pulling a woman over on Valentine’s Day and forcing her to perform oral sex.
He has been indicted on more charges and more women have come forward, with more allegations of sexual misconduct.
News 3 spoke to the Harris County Assistant District Attorney Letitia Sykes on Friday.
She confirms former deputy 38-year-old Thomas Pierson was indicted by a grand jury Friday morning on evidence related to three different traffic stops all listed in an indictment.
The indictment states in September 2015 he engaged in sexual inappropriate behavior during a traffic stop with a woman.
He’s also accused of engaging in sexually inappropriate behavior during a traffic stop in October of last year with another woman.
Pierson is also charged with stalking those two victims.
This- is in addition to the original traffic stop we first told you about that happened on valentine’s day of this year.
In that instance Pierson is accused of forcing a woman to perform oral sex on him.
Because of this he’s also being charged with knowingly tampering with the patrol car video during that traffic stop.
