Manhunt for convicted child molester ends, turns himself in

Dwayne Cullins (FBI Sex Offender Registry)

MUSCOGEE COUNTY, Ga — A man on the Muscogee County Sheriff’s Most Wanted list has turned himself in to police.

A release by the sheriff’s office says 26-year-old Dwayne Cullins is in custody Tuesday morning. Cullins was convicted in 2007 for sodomy and again in 2011 for child molestation, according to the FBI sex offender registry.

Sheriff John Darr says Cullins has four other convictions for failing to register as a sex offender. Law enforcers say they were looking for Cullins after he once again failed to register as a sex offender.
