Man faces aggravated assault after hitting people with beer bottle

CPD say Jeremy Cook is suspected of hitting two people with a beer bottle at the Dawg House Bar and Grill.

Columbus Police say two people are in good condition after getting hit with a beer bottle at a restaurant. Police say they received a call around 2:20 a.m. Saturday at the Dawg House Bar and Grill, located on Warm Springs Road.

Police say the report involved a man striking a 23-year-old man and a 32-year-old woman with a bottle. The man had to go to St. Francis Hospital, where he was treated for a cut on his chin. The woman did not go to the hospital for a cut to her head.

Police suspect 33-year-old Columbus man Jeremy Cook. Cook now faces two counts of aggravated assault.
