OPELIKA, Ala. – An Opelika band is hitting it big in the music industry.
Julvera just wrapped up the Vans Warp Tour and are about to start their next tour, but before they leave they want to play for the community they call home.
Three of Julvera’s four band members have called Opelika home for nearly their whole life. They tell us growing up in the south has taught them the value of hard work. Community support has encouraged them along the way. They’ve pursued their dream of playing and writing music that people everywhere can relate to.
“Everyone around us and in this town are extremely hard workers and all of our friends and families have had a dream and chased after it.” Said Will Stacey.
The band will soon travel to 27 cities across the country. They say, they wanted to play in Opelika first for their family, friends, and fans.
The band will perform Saturday at the Railyard in Opelika.
