Police looking for man in Crestview Trailer Park shooting

OPELIKA, Ala. – Opelika Police is looking a for man in conjunction with a shooting that happened Friday, September 4th at the Crestview Trailer Park.

Police say Yonis Francis Monge has two outstanding attempted murder warrants on him and Opelika Police are working with US Marshall’s to locate him and take him into custody. Monge’s whereabouts are unknown at this time.

Both victim’s conditions have been upgraded. 42 year-old female has been upgraded from critical to unsatisfactory and the other victim, a 30 year-old male has been upgraded to good condition and is going to be released soon.

Monge is described as hispanic, 47 years old, 5’10” in height, and weighing 145 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
