One Columbus church is recovering after being vandalized this week.
Police spoke with an employee at The Bridge Church, located on Second Avenue. The employee believes the suspect or suspects that dealt the damage did so between Wednesday night around 9 p.m. and Saturday morning just after 11 a.m.
Police say the person or people responsible for the vandalism smashed several church windows with bricks or rocks. The suspect(s) also broke windows on three vehicles on the church’s property.
The estimated value of the damage is close to $10,000. Once caught, the suspect(s) would face multiple criminal property damage charges.
