CPD looking for suspects who held up shoe store
Columbus Police are looking for the two men who held up a shoe store on Macon Road.

COLUMBUS, Ga. — Columbus Police are searching for the suspects who they say held up a shoe store on Macon Road.

Authorities say employees told them that two men entered Sneakers in the 3400 block of Macon Rd., pointed guns at them and demanded money. After receiving an unknown amount of money and other merchandise, the suspects left the store in an unknown direction.

Police say the incident happened Tuesday around 10:15 a.m. No injuries have been reported.

The first suspect is described as a light in complexion black male, standing around 6′, and weighing approximately 170 lbs. He was last seen wearing a black polo shirt and shorts.

The second suspect is described as a dark in complexion black male, standing around 5’11”, and weighing approximately 170 lbs. he was last seen wearing a red shirt and shorts.
